When do we complete our education? We tend to think of education as steps in a process starting in kindergarten, evolving through elementary and junior high, and, for many, ending in high school. However, in the United States approximately 50 percent of high school graduates aspire to higher education, either through a community college, junior college, or a traditional four-year institution. For many people the next step in the educational process includes working toward an advanced degree, either through a masters program or specialized training. Does it end here? In their later years, many senior citizens return to college to take advantage of interesting courses they didn't have time to pursue earlier. So, when do we complete our education?

Hi,

'To infer' means 'conclude from the facts by reasong'.

In other words, read the passage, think about the question, and decide if the statement makes sense based on the information in the passage.

In your example, the statment does not make sense, because the passage says about 50% of people go on to higher education. So, choose 'not logical'.
