What's the right form to use adjective + to inf?

For example:

It's easy to learn language.

or

It's easy language to learn.

Are these correct? Is the meaning the same? the to infinitive complements the adjective in both of the cases right?

I'm sure that I can say it that way:

It's an easy-to-learn language.

But I want to know whether the first two are correct.
