What's the opposite of see somebody off

I friend of mine is coming and I want to come to the airplane to help her to carry her suitcase and welcome her..
How can I say that?
What's the opposite of see somebody off? can I say that I will come to see you up?
or I will come to collect you?

I'll meet you at the gate. (In most airports, this is not possible.)
I'll meet you at baggage claim.
