What's the meanings of a couple of moments ago?

The radio says '13 girl 'has found a couple moments ago.

But I have never met the words A COUPLE OF MOMENTS. So, could you answer what do this words mean?

That does not make sense. Maybe the announcer said this:

We have some breaking news. The girl was found a couple of moments ago.

Couple of moments = 2 minutes. But casually, it could mean less than 5 minutes.
