What's the meaning

of smoke up in I smoke up right before I go to bed.

"I finally solved my problems with weed. (and mind you, my issues started before I ever smoked) I smoke up right before I go to bed and I'm usually able to fall asleep and get at least 4 hours straight without issue. Probably not the most healthy thing, and I'm sure there's some underlying issue that I should go see a doctor to solve, but that would be responsible."
