What's the meaning

of rolling your own? He's speaking of these tight individuals who bring their own lemons to restaurants and asks for glasses of water and packets of sugar to make their own lemonade.

"I worked in a restaurant for 12 years. the roll your own lemonade is totally standard. these are the same people who ask for extra plates of free bread, drink 47 cups of free refill coffee, and microtip. but this is all nothing compared to putting little debbies on a credit card one at a time."
