What's the meaning

of springs cut here?

"When my car got broken into they let the kids who they caught in the act keep my Mobb Deep CD because they didn't figure the Asian guy who drove a 91 Civic SI with the springs cut would listen to that. SO MUCH RACISIM EVERYWHERE."

Jin_H SO MUCH RACISIM EVERYWHERE I have a Civic SI, but the springs have not been cut. Certain cultures are "known" to like their car frames close to the ground. Actually, I haven't seen too many Asian guys draqging their butts on the road in LA.
