"Holy crap this looks like my friggin garage after my wife goes out on yard sale runs for 6 mo. then I have to move everything to the curb for bulk pick up."

I think it means...

Sometimes my wife goes out and buys second-hand furniture that we don't need, so it ends up in the garage. After about six months I take it all out into the road and call someone to drive it away in a truck. Your living room looks like the garage before I've taken the stuff out
