What's the meaning?

"Quick background: Mark and I grew up playing poker together, including several
years where we both were playing full time. We have swapped, transferred,
loaned, made prop bets, etc for thousands of dollars many times over the years,
more often than not on a hand shake or less. This definitely isn’t about the
money, just about principal of who is right..."
