(Although, I'm proud to say, my brother and I once wrote a motion in Nebraska stating that the Nebraska state law was unconstitutional and that the residents of Nebraska charged with a traffic infraction had the right to a jury trial. And we were able to get the judge agree to that in open court. It was a **** of a motion.)
I think this is probably the hardest, but I've never tried so not sure. I've tried several of the above (not to good results or anything). Novels - you'd better have something to say and like to type. Haven't tried a stage play. Movie scripts - duh. I've tried an episodic/bible type thing - it went okay.
