What's the exact meaning of it?

It can be searched to identify performance by country and region, climbers, losers, arrivals, and exits, and top performers by industry on a number of financial indices.

Is it correct to divide the sentence in fifferent colour?

I'm not sure what this sentence means with the word of "by" appeared twice.

By the way, considering the four words : climbers, losers, arrivals, and exits, what're the meanings?

Thank you !!
