I have a question about the difference between future progressive and future perfect progressive. What's the difference between will be -ing and will have been -ing?

I will be studying English at that time.-- The speakers viewpoint is from now to that future time: he sees himself in the future doing that action (usually when another future action is mentioned: "I will be studying English when you arrive").

I will have been studying English at that time.-- The speaker's viewpoint is from another point in the farther future: he is viewing backward to an earlier future time: he sees himself in 'the past-in-the-future' doing the action. Again, it is usually used with another, later future action: "I will (already) have been studying English (for a year) when you arrive."

So the latter one is used when the speaker think about future with something earlier future.

I'll have been cooking many dishes when you will come to my house.

And this one is not right, isn't it?

Yes, that is the right idea. Actually:

I'll have been cooking many dishes when you come to my house. -- The dishes are almost finished.

I'll be cooking many dishes when you come to my house. -- He will still be very busy when the person arrives.
