What's the different between these two sentence?

The two sentence are how can I help you and how I can help you.

I think they have the same meaning.

Is it right?

Thank you for helping me.

This is a direct question that a shop clerk asks of a customer: How can I help you? To use the other form (an indirect question) you will have to embed it in a sentence. You can't use it alone.
