Whats the difference/What does it matter

how do you continue the phrase Whats the difference?

1 Whats the difference if I go or not.
2 Whats the difference what I do with my time/where I go.

Do the above sentence mean :

1 What do you care where I go.
2 What does it matter where I go.
3 What does where I go matter.

Thanks

Your three interpretations are correct. However, I don't like sentence #2 because it doesn't offer the two choices that #1 does offer. It's probably quite common in everyday speech, but I still don't like it.
