what's the differences among memos,notes and notices?

com or some other website, but here's my impression. I think of "notices" as being quite different from memos and notes. "Notices" usually are for the public or for other people in general, and there is something fairly public about where they are placed (posted).

  • It is not really a note and definitely is not a memo.
