What's the difference in meaning between these two sentences?

1. The second stage requires you to accept the other person’s apology for wrongdoing and determine to offer your trust and friendship again.

2. The second stage requires you to accept the other person’s apology for wrongdoing and to determine to offer your trust and friendship again.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These two sentences have the parallel structure. In brief, the former has the structure as "requires you to A and B", and the latter as "requires you to A and to B".

I think both of them are correct but wonder if there's any difference in meaning between them.
