What's the difference 'do you think so' and 'do you think like that's?

I think there seems to be a difference though it's very little.

* Do you think so?

In my opinion, it means similar to "is this your way of thinking?"

* Do you think like that?

On the other hand, it means similar to "is this like your thought?"

Here are my thoughts on the phrases. (Others may have a different approach.)

"Do you think so?" generally means: do you agree with or support some earlier statement? So we are talking about agreement, not the manner in which one thinks.

A. I hate cats.

B. Do you really think so, or are you making a joke?

On the other hand, "Do you think like that" does look at the mann
