What's the difference b/w reluctant and unwilling?

00I heard, if you say " Mike was reluctant to help me out" , it means Mike didn't feel like it though he did help me.02br

00and if you say "Mike was unwilling to help me out", it means Mike didn't feel like it so he didn't help me out.02br

00Am I distinguishing 'em right? But the dictionaries never tell the difference !!02br

Think of these 2 sentences:02br 02br 001-He's unwilling to forgive her02br 002-He's reluctant towards forgiving her02br 02br 00In 1, I sense stubbornness and a 99% certainty that he will not forgive her.
