What's the difference between "way to" and "way of"

Hi, everyone.

As the subject of this post, I was wondering what's the difference between "way to" and "way of".

I've found two sentences below. one is using "way to" and the other one is using "way of".

- Laughing is one of the best ways to live.

- Convenience is important, but it's also a healthier way of living—physically, mentally and emotionally.

It seems like they have same meaning but I'm not sure. Are they interchangeable?

Thank you for reading!Emotion: smile
