What's the difference between these phrases?

Hello,

What's the difference between these phrases?

Is she not a teacher?

Isn't she a teacher?

Am not I right?

Aren't I right?

Are not I right?

(As far as I know, Amn't is not possible).

Thanks

I don't think it is. Why would anyone prefer it to the grammatically correct form "Am I not right?"? We use the contraction "aren't I", some might even say it's wrong on the grounds of it being ungrammatical but the truth is that it's widely accepted and used, both formally and informally.

I believe "Am not I" is right... why wouldn't it be?
