What's the difference between start menu of Windows and Windows start menu?

Hi. Any difference? Are both correct?  If so, is it applicable for other things such as "knob door" and "knob of the door"?

Thanks.

Except with the more abstract nouns, the of-construction is less idiomatic. Say Windows start menu and door ****, not start menu of Windows and **** of the door . Similarly, car keys, not keys of the car bottle opener, not opener of bottles light switch, not switch of the light because these are concrete nouns.
