Whats the difference between "Here In" "here out"?

Does anybody knows the difference between " here in" and "here out"? and can somebody give me other legal drafting words?

hey thanks friends ! what i meant was, words used in writting legal draft. because we can find many wierd words like "here in" etc. Emotion: smile
