What's the difference?

Hi,

The following sentence is taken from my longman:

Aha! So you planned all this, did you? [1]

Question#1:
What word is emphasized in [1]? planned? you?

Question#2:
Could you please explain the grammar that "governs" [1]?
If it were
Aha! So you planned all this, didn't you? [2],
it would look like a classical tag question to me....
Why there is no negation in the tag in [1]?

thank you!

>> What do you mean 'governs'?My understanding was as follows:if the verb is in the positive, then there must be negation in the tag ("You like English, don't you?")and vice versa,if the verb is in the negative, then the tag will be positive ("You don't like English, do you?").I did not know that tag questions such as "You like English, do you?" are ok. ;-)
