What's the best word that can be used in describing people or stuff?

Hi teachers,

I have a question please. When we want to describe someone like to say:

Mark has a lot of ___ such as humility, honesty, kindness, etc.

1. I know that qualities, attributes, characteristics can all be used with persons, but I want to know the best or the most common word that can be used with people in the context above if any.

2. Can "Features" be used in the context above?

3. What's the most common word that can be used with stuff or items such as car, phone, PC, etc. When I speak about a car, for instance, and I want to mention its speed, safety, size, color etc.
