What's the best way to learn Vocabulary words?

While I am reading, I have trouble with some words. Usually like 1-2 word every page or every other page. I am pleased that I know most words. ^^ Should I disregard them, or? What would you do if you didn't understand a word?

Thanks for asking this question. It's great that you can only find one or two words in a page or two. Yes that really means that you already have good vocabulary (atleast the comprehension part).
