To me, except the first one which I can't at all, the latter two sound like "secret-night dancing" and "un-secret-night dancing", which totally make no sense to me.

Or maybe it is one of the new trend of things that the youngsters nowadays do which I don't know. is old, feels so sad

Yes, the common gesture of asking coffee or tea is very understandable because there's huge difference between them which the customers need to be questioned about which one they prefer. But the "suggestions" here you offered are followed by question marks that don't seem like stable answers but rather guesses. And that's why I said so. Hope that clarifies!:)
