What's that thing called?

It's an electronic display, unsually of a store, bank ect., out on the side of the road in the city that gives information such as current temperature, time, special deals (c.99 for a package of strawberries-flavored twizzlers, for example), ect.? Anyone know what I'm talking about? Is that a billboard? If not, what's a billboard?

Thanks
