what's that poem?

There was a beautiful poem I had read somewhere which I don't remember now. As I far as I remember it is something like this "I cross every letter, word, whole passages until what remains is you" every word here is crossed with a horizontal line. I want to know the poem and the poet. Please somebody help!!
