What's preposition?

Hello,I have a naive idea that preposition is an acceptor and the specific words before or after itself are its agent. This conception can apply to any other lexical : verb / noun / adj. adv. / conjunction .....They are either agent or acceptor. That is true to real English. Need your suggestions.Thank you for your help.

bepleased,

I guess I was wrong that you understood my suggestions to you in other threads earlier. You have to communicate your questions to the forum in common English, at least try. Otherwise, no one can understand you. I for one, can't.

prefix = pre+fix (attach before - it is a small word that is attached before another word). Prefix is a word that has the prefix "pre" and the root word "fix"
