What's "overview to be deleted"?

Hi,

I'm translating a website, and in part it reads:

"Overview to be deleted - Toad for Oracle"

Toad for Oracle is a name of a product, so I can ignore it, but what is the meaning of "overview to be deleted" in general? it sounds unfamiliar to me.
