What's my temperature?

If someone takes your temperature , is it correct and natural to say : What is my temperature?

If you are taking your temperature and looking at the thermometer , is it correct to say : I hope it doesn't go over above 100 degrees.

Before you take your temperature you say:
I hope my temperature is over above 100 degrees.

Is that natral?

Thank you

"Over" here means "above." So use one or the other, but not both.
