What's going to be there/here

Hi teachers,
Context:
A: The tow truck is going to be here soon.
Are both questions correct? I don't think so. Only 'a' is correct; right? 'B' will be correct if the person who was asking was at the same scene.
a) What's going to be there soon?
b) What's going to be here soon?

Thanks in advance.

They're both correct, but in different contexts. If the question was asked by someone distant or in another area, then 'a' is correct, and the other way around.
