what/how do her eyes look (like)?

Hi,I'd like to know how can I answer these questions :

1- How do her eyes look ? (could it be : They look bad,she got an infection ?)

2 - How do her eyes look like? (They're dark and big.)

3 - How are her eyes? (They're ok now (she had an allergy)

4- What does her eyes look like ?

5 - What does her eyes look ? (I'm pretty sure this one is wrong,but can anyone confirm me that?)

6 - What does she look like? (can it be either she's tall or she looks like a cat?)

First of all, you need either "How ... look?" or "What ... look like?" You cannot mix them and use "How ... look like?" That's wrong.

1- How do her eyes look?
They look bad. She has an infection.

2 - What do her eyes look like?
They're dark and big.

3 - How are her eyes?
They're OK now.

4- What do her eyes look like? Same as 2.

5 - What does her eyes look? (I'm pretty sure this one is wrong,but can anyone confirm me that?) I can. It's wrong.

6 - What does she look like?
She's tall. She has brown eyes. She has blond hair. She looks older than I imagined her. She looks like a cat. She looks like a fashion model.
