Whatever as a verb?

Sorry I don't remember which, but I think it was in a movie I heard a girl saying to a boy:

- Don't whatever me!

Can whatever be used as a verb???? Emotion: thinking

Hello Paultx. No whatever cannot be used as a verb... the meaning of your sentence is that the boy has answered ignorantly - by saying whatever - as a reply to what the girl has said to him.

Sure, perfectly good sentence. It means, "Don't respond to me by saying 'Whatever'". Pretty much any word in the English language can be verb-erized.
