What you would say in English for the following expression
HI, I have two expressions that I would like to look for the common English slang /sentences for that.
1st - How long you live and how wealth you are is fixed by god and you have little control over that.
2nd - Only the dead people can keep the secret.
What would you express 1st and 2nd in English? I know I have already expressed the meaning, but it doesn't sound very correct, I don't know. I am not native in English
