What you need to read to improve TOEIC and IELTS grammar?

Reading fiction isn't going to work out for TOEIC. I feel like the reading and grammar test are mostly from business or news articles.

What do I need to read to improve TOEIC and IELTS? is 6 months of reading (1 hour per day) enough?
