What would mean this sentence:In our business what goes around comes around

Hello,

I sent an email to a recruitment agency to cancel an interview since I already found a new job. The agency answered me the following sentence:

In our business what goes around comes around so thanks for taking the time to write and let us know.
I am not sure to fully understand the meaning of the sentence I highlighted in bold. Could anyone explain me what it means exactly?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Ludovic

Hello COUME, actually I only know that "what goes around comes around" means that what you do to the others, tomorrow they could do it to you, so if you do bad things they will do bad things to you, or if you do good things they will do good...so, in my opinion, they wrote this to you because you've been so kind to send them an e-mail!
