what would British people say for

I was wondering what the British would say for leaving university prematurely without a degree.

I know Americans say dropping out of high school/university.

Your help is greatly appreciated, especially of British People of course : )

Thank you very much in advance

"drop out" is used just the same in Britain.

Clive, how do you get "Canada" next to your name on your posts? I want to put "UK" on mine, but I don't see where to enter it.

The easiest way is simply to live in Canada. That's what I do.Emotion: smile

That's the trouble with we people who volunteer our time on this Forum. We are so hard to control.

My levity was not intended to offend.

Thank you everyone!

Drop out sounds typically American to me, but if you say British People use it too I believe it.

Thank you again.
