What woul you call this?

Question: What would you call a political party who breaks its promise after coming to power? A party which passionately promises something to public and do something else when in power? Rengers ? Or somothing else. Suggest me an apt word for this.

The verb 'renege' applies, but I don't think the noun form 'reneger' exists.
