"What word do you used for the room you go to relieve yourself?"

Why do we have an inflected verb in that question, please?

The end of the sentence is wrong too. The minimum change would be "... for the room you go to to relieve yourself?", but ideally it should be recast to avoid the slightly awkward "to to".
