What will be the answer of how do you call me man (when we chatting a girl friend)? As example last night I was chatting to my girl friend & I called her my sweetheart and she asked me how do you call me man? Can I say to her as a reply “then how should I call you woman”?

It depends on whether you're talking about "correct" English, or ESL by people who don't speak much English.
Once, during my extravagant youth, I used the famous "B-word" on the girl who is now my wife.
She said, "I didn't think you would call me like that."

A native speaker would never use "call" that way.

Perhaps, "Why do you call me "B."
Or, "I never thought you'd refer to me as [ a ] "B."
"I never thought you'd speak to me that way."
"I never thought you'd address me like that."

The question is, what did your girlfriend mean by, "How do you call me man?"

A native speaker might say, "What do you call a female horse?"
A poorly educated native speaker might say, "How do you call a female horse?"

Perhaps your girlfriend is using "man" as the slang nominative of address:
"Hey, what the heck are you doing, Man? What are you saying?
What are you calling me? Why are you calling me that?"

This would indicate that she is unfamiliar with the term "Sweetheart."
