____ language is the easiest to learn?

The reason why the answer is what is because there are many kinds of languages in the world relatively. So when you ask something unlimited, you should use 'what'. Just like sitting in a restaurant, you will say 'what do you like to eat', but 'which do you like to eat' with a menu, right?

rpshJust like sitting in a restaurant, you will say 'what do you like to eat', but 'which do you like to eat' with a menu, right?
I would ask "What would you like (to eat)? after the menu had been brought. I see little point in asking the question before my guest has seen the menu.

I would not use 'which'.
