What we say after sneezing?

Hi;

In turkey, after sneezing people who are there say "long live" to a man who sneezed, in Azerbaijani they say "thank god". I'm curious is there any term in English which they say after sneezing?

Thanks beforehand.

Thanks for your answering;

How about someone who's been died. In English, they say "*** bless him/her", is it right? It's somehow strange, isn't it?

When a person has died, you will usually just say "rest in peace". You will not say "*** bless him/her" for a dead person.

When a priest (or you) blesses a person, he or she asks *** to protect that person so it doesn't make much sense to do that if the person is already dead.
