Would you please assist me with my questions below?

A. What are my choices?
B. Which are my choices?

C. What are the alternatives to choose from?
D. Which are the alternatives to choose from?

1. Which of the sentences in each pair is correct?
2. If both sentences make sense, what is the difference between what and which in those sentences?

I would probably use what in both cases you asked about. The questions seem to me to be asking someone to identify (name) the choices.
