Could you please tell me which you'd say?

I don't know what time the train is at.
I don't know when the train pulls in/is pulling in and in which direction it's pulling in?
The code will come back to me when I'm about to punch the code in.

I don't know when the train pulls in or from which direction it's coming.

You certainly may. Or, "I don't know what time the train is pulling in."
Pulling in is the same as arriving, and it is fine to use.
