What type of accent do I have?

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum. I'm a ("white") British Virgin Islander, who was raised in Australia but I now live in the US. Everyone tells me that I have a strange accent, so I'd really love to hear what the forum has to say about it. I personally think my accent is closest to Australian but depending on who I'm speaking with I sometimes start to sound more American or British.

If I try, I can do a pretty good "standard" American accent and I sometimes go hours at a time speaking like that because I live in Miami and many of people here aren't native English speakers and find it hard to understand me. I find it much harder to talk in a pure English or Australian accent which is somewhat ironic considering the fact that (RP-ish) British English was spoken in my home as a child and I lived in Australia for many years. Most of my family lives in England and whenever sometimes I try to mimic them for the sake of it and the results are almost always laughable.

Sorry about the length of the post, but here's a recording of me reading the first two paragraphs of the wikipedia article on the BVI in my "native" accent:

The quality isn't ideal but I live in a dorm so I don't really have the resources to make a proper recording but if it's too bad, I can try to upload another one.

There is far too much background noise for me to make out your accent clearly.
