What to think or do about these situations? need help for answers pls

Situation 1: You went into your office last sunday to pick up some documents. You surprised your coworker, who was at his desk. He seemed nervous. What do you think he was doing?

Situation 2: You arrived home late one night and saw someone climbing into your neighbor´s kitchen window. Who do you think it was?

Situation 3. You were on a date when your dinner partner´s cell phone rang. He/She looked upset and left the table to take the call. Who do you think was on the other end of the phone line?

PLEASE NEED PROBABLE EXPLANATION FOR EACH SITUATION. (SPECULATIONS)

1. In general we cannot go on Sunday to work at less with an autorization, so i have two alternatives. Might my coworker has done something improper and hi is trying to cover up a situation, or He could be nervous because he has´nt finished with his weekly routine so he went for regular
