What to do with redundacy?

Do these contain redundacy, IYO? If so, should we omit the redundancy?

I had a very, very, good day.

Not in many, many many years have I come across such a jerk.

My love is like a red, red rose.

I don't intend to. So, how would you define redundancy if you don't see redundacy in those examples?

"more than is needed, desired, or required". In your examples, they were obviously desired.
