What tips for listening skill?

Please help me with my listening skill which is the worst of mine.

I can listen to what is slow and clear. Whereas I find it difficult to catch up with a normal speed conversation or talk.

Could you give me some tips so that I can improve my listening skill?

I can add this website as well, the audio is for learners, so its clear and not to fast. Also you get a full transcript with each lesson.

I think you just have to keep on practicing, I'm struggling a lot too. There are words that I try to understand and understand what I hear.. but I won't be able.

try to look up for videos, and every word that you're not sure about it, ask here. Good luck.
