please guys could you help me with this question:

He has travelled to Athens at 6 P.M, (What time)
Will the question form be like:

1) what time has he travelled? Or
2) What time did he travel?
and Why?

heartvampireHe has travelled to Athens at 6 P.M.
No "has". We don't use the present perfect when we mention a specific time (at 6 P.M.).

That probably answers your question.

He travelled to Athens. This suggests to me a completed journey.eg He travelled to Athens last month.

I would usually say
eg He left for / departed for Athens at 6 pm.
